Absolutely love this knife set. Comes with plenty of options/sizes for different needs. They are very sharp, and when needed, sharpen well with the included rod. This set sits at a higher angle than our previous set, so it takes up a few less inches on the countertop, which is nice. The only downside is they dont feel super sturdy. I feel like if i press to hard, it could break. It could just be the fear of slicing off my finger, but i tend to baby the larger knives. You really dont need to press hard at all to cut smoothly, but at times when i want to put some umph in to it, i hesitate. Our previous set had much thicker handles and was a solid piece. To rectify this issue i got two other knives to do my chopping/hacking and use this set for everything else. The thin blade makes it more difficult to hold the edge and cut. Seems like this set is pricey, but i can't complain because they slice, super smooth. I wouldnt say it's an all in one set, but definitely works well for what it is used for. Plus, i was able to invest in a couple other knives for more specific tasks, which ended up working out better in the long-run.
