However, if any defects in materials or craftsmanship of our knives were found within 12 months from the date of purchase, you can easily return the product. During this period, we don’t provide repair service but do replace, at no charge, a damaged product with a new one. Our Paudin’s warranty doesn’t cover wear from normal use or damages resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.

Shipping
We strive for perfection in our products, so in the event that something doesn’t meet expectations, we will issue a refund or exchange.
In the event of an exchange, shipping is free of charge to all US states. We use Amazon’s multi-channel fulfillment, which gives us access to dozens of locations across the country, ensuring rapid delivery to urban hubs. However, locations like Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. and APO Boxes, and some rural and new developments may receive standard shipping.
Although our orders usually ship within 24 hours of purchase, please note that delivery times may vary from 3 to 5 days. Once an item is picked up by a carrier, a tracking number will be generated and sent to your email.
To comply with Postal Regulations, knives must be wrapped to protect all points and edges from cutting through the outer carton in which they are mailed. In the interest of safety, please avoid attaching adhesive materials directly to the product.
