Preface: I cooks a lot and have always passed on "good knives" - until I met Paudin selection.This knife, as are all of the Paudin knives, is a great value. Ergonomics great, materials are best around and the value is unsurpassed. I can't recommend this brand and seller enough - the packaging is excellent.
