l have wasted that much money buying cheap knives, please dont make my mistakes as its true you get what you pay, this knife i just bought is amazing, no more flat bread you get when you put presure from trying to cut bread with wrong knife, Pauldin bread knife just slices through with no presure just clean straight bread, its fabulous so have bought another, so take my word you will not get better
