PAUDIN Swiss 3-Piece Chefs Knife Set

They seem to be great. I wanted knifes to cut tomatoes and other produce with ease. At first I wasn’t sure the smallest one was as sharp as I wanted. Thus far I am happy with them.

Great quality, full tang, comfortable smooth handle, great weight and fabulous balance. What else do you want in a knife? Oh yeah, they are very sharp and a joy to use in the kitchen. Especially the Santoku knife. Love it!!! The leafy greens are always way too big in the containers, and this knife is perfect for making them a more manageable size. It also does a great job chopping up cabbage for coleslaw. I used it last night for tubing steaks for a stew, along with cutting up the potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and mushrooms. These are very classy looking knives and would look beautiful displayed on a countertop. I am very pleased with them. I love to cook and I am in the kitchen a lot. I am very picky about my kitchen toys and this knife set is a great addition. You would pay more for one knife of this quality from any other company then what PAUDIN is asking for a 3 piece set. We needed a few new knives, mostly because my granddaughter borrowed mine! I saw this set at a great price, and since it was the three knives I use most, ordered. Wow! First, it comes in a great presentation box, and would make a perfect gift for anyone who spends time in the kitchen. The knives are extremely sharp, and should not dull easily. The grips are large enough for a man's hand to comfortably grip, but also fits my smaller woman's hand. Hubby and I both use the knives on a daily basis, and are very pleased with their design and function. My very favorite is the large chef's knife, while Hubby's is the Santoku knife. Different strokes--pun intended. These knives do absolutely everything you want them to do. They clean easily and very well--there are no gaps for bacteria to hide. We are delighted with them, and would recommend them without hesitation. Wow!

They have a decent amount of heft but are not cumbersome; instead gliding through fruits & veggies without deviation. They are very sharp and I love the full-tang steel construction. This is an impressive set for either show or gifting. Giving these away will be almost impossible, though. Once you have held them you'll want to keep them. I have spent twice as much for a quality, sharp, knife set. These are definitely a good value.
