Das Plume Luxe 7" Santokumesser ist ein japanisches Kochmesser, das dünner als das traditionelle Kochmesser ist. Bei diesem Santokumesser ermöglicht eine Schneidtechnik die Herstellung sehr dünner Scheiben von Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse, was die Ästhetik fertiger Gerichte verbessert. A Eine Reihe flacher Vertiefungen an der Seite der Klinge (Kullens) verringert die Reibung und verhindert, dass Lebensmittel an der Klinge haften bleiben. Das Messer besteht aus einer Klinge aus japanischem AUS10-Damaststahl und enthält Vanadium , das die Verschleißfestigkeit und das Schärfen erleichtert. Damascus...Really?

The steel pattern looks to be too perfect on each knife, and actually knife to knife. So what is really going on with your claim to be damascus? Can you please advise the process? Maybe you are using higher quality non-damascus and etching that attractive pattern?
